Note 4 Getting Struck & restarting

Hi Guys,
I am Facing an Issue with my Note 4 SN-910G . When i try to open apps. Phone getting struck and restarting . And also getting more heat.
I have made a factory reset but problem is not solved. any suggestions? Badly Warranty expired last month only.
