Blizzard hasn't given a launch date for 8.2.5, but it could be pretty soon. They've been cranking out patch previews, including patch notes, which usually occurs right before the launch of a patch.

A new build is currently being deployed on the 8.2.5 PTR servers. This is the first Release Candidate build, which means we are getting close to a 8.2.5 release date! Patch 8.2.5 was also available for background download earlier today.
