8.3 PTR Build 32712 Adds Two Encrypted Cinematics

In the latest 8.3 PTR build, Blizzard has added two encrypted cinematics. This means we will not be able to preview them in advance, similar to the "Reckoning" cinematic featuring Saurfang in Patch 8.2.5

We can tell based on the data that one cinematic is 2:15 long, while the other cinematic is 59 seconds.
