WoW Classic Patch 1.13.3 LUA API Change - Disabling Addons from Communicating in Custom Channels

With the Classic patch tomorrow, Blizzard is disabling the ability for addons to communicate in custom player-created channels. Addons can still communicate through Party, Raid, Guild, and Whisper, and Blizzard is looking into enabling support through Say and Yell as well.

With the release of World of Warcraft Classic 1.13.3 15, we’re making a change to disallow calling C_ChatInfo.SendAddonMessage with the CHANNEL ChatType.
