Blackhand's Command and Blackwing Lair Attunement Now Available in Classic WoW

Blizzard has announced that Blackhand's Command, an item required to start the process to attune yourself to Blackwing Lair, has started dropping in Classic WoW.

Just confirming that it should have started dropping about an hour ago.
