Classic Not-A-Bug - Juju Flurry Buff DPS Decrease

Blizzard has posted a reply on the forums about a supposed bug with Juju Flurry in Classic WoW. The supposed bug, however, isn't a bug, and Juju Flurry is behaving as it should when compared to the 1.12 client. The bug in question was only fixed in the Burning Crusade pre-patch (2.0).

Wanted to chime in and mention that the Juju Flurry buff is currently matching the behavior exhibited in the 1.12 reference client.
