Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for January 23 - Corrupted Item Damage Scaling

The latest Patch 8.3 hotfixes include changes to how damage scales on some Corrupted items.

Highlights

Infinite Stars, Twisted Appendages, and Gushing Wound Azerite Traits now scale on Item Level which means that using these effects on low item level World Quest loot is no longer worth it.
