Warlords of Draenor Timewalking - Normal Ny'alotha Loot from Event Quest

Warlords of Draenor Timewalking is active for the week, and the event quest rewards a Normal piece of Ny'alotha loot. On the 8.3 PTR, this event rewarded a Heroic piece of Ny'alotha loot, but it was changed on live servers to Normal loot instead.
