In addition to the new face options, a quality of life change was added. You can now quickly preview all available customization options by clicking on the option on the character creation screen, a drop-down menu will appear and you can see all options on mouseover!

In Shadowlands Alpha 34199, the Human Customizations are finally enabled on the alpha client, letting you choose things like eye colors separate from face types!
