This topic has been hotly contested during the alpha, as Ion confirmed that the datamined blue eyes for Blood Elves were simply NPC textures and not available to players. In that same interview, Blizzard stated that the original races were the focus of their team's customization efforts, not Allied Races. However, with these datamined Void Elf options, perhaps things have changed!
